VOLIX
Warranty Policy
VOLIX paddle warranty
VOLIX paddles are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against major manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date the original customer receives the paddle.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to paddles purchased directly from VOLIX or an authorised VOLIX sales channel in Australia.
What is covered
This warranty covers manufacturing faults that appear under normal pickleball use, including major defects in paddle materials, workmanship, core structure, edge guard bonding, handle construction, or other issues that mean the paddle was not made to the standard expected for normal play.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of surface texture over time, fading graphics, cosmetic marks, scratches, chips, edge wear, grip wear, damage from hitting the ground, fence, posts, other paddles, or hard surfaces, misuse, neglect, abuse, water damage, heat damage, accidental damage, commercial hire/rental use, unauthorised repair, modification, re-gripping damage, or paddles purchased second-hand or from an unauthorised seller.
How to make a warranty claim
Please contact VOLIX before returning any paddle. Include your name, phone number, order number or proof of purchase, the paddle model, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the problem.

After reviewing the claim, VOLIX may ask you to return the paddle for inspection. If the claim is accepted, VOLIX will choose the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement with the same or equivalent model, or another remedy required by Australian Consumer Law. Replacement paddles are covered for the remaining period of the original warranty.
