Return and Refund Policy
At Volix, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must be:
- unused, unopened, and in its original packaging;
- in the same condition that you received it;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, bedding, pillows, quilts, pillow inserts, quilt inserts, and other personal-use textile products cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, washed, damaged, or removed from their original packaging, unless the product is faulty or otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy. If the problem is minor, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required under Australian Consumer Law.
